Unless otherwise stated, these terms and conditions apply to all sales placed online, by telephone, or in writing. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Pricing

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice; however, once your order is confirmed, the price will remain fixed. If any adjustment benefits you (e.g. promotional pricing), we’ll honour the lower rate.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering for production to begin.

All transactions are processed securely through our trusted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.

Product Availability & Production

All products are handmade to order in our UK studio.
This means items are not held in stock — they are individually printed, cut, and sewn once your order is confirmed.

Production typically takes 1–3 working days, followed by shipping.
If any materials are temporarily unavailable, we will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to provide an updated estimate or suitable alternative.

Please note: all production times are estimates, not guarantees. We’ll always do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Product Images & Descriptions

All images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products and variations in screen display, colours may appear slightly different in real life.
Each piece is printed individually, so minor variations in placement or tone are part of the unique, made-to-order process.

AI usage & intellectual Propery

I utilise a hybrid creative process incorporating Artificial Intelligence (AI) to enhance efficiency while maintaining strictly ethical standards, in line with the
CIM’s foundational principles for AI in marketing.

  • Ethical Sourcing: I exclusively use Adobe Firefly for design ideation. Firefly is trained on a
    commercially safe and licensed dataset, ensuring that the foundational source of your designs is legally cleared for commercial use.
  • Substantial Transformation: I do not provide “raw” AI outputs. To ensure your brand is unique and legally defensible, all designs undergo substantial manual refinement and creative transformation. This establishes the “Human Authorship” required for
    UK trademark and copyright protection.
  • Ownership: Upon final payment, full commercial usage rights of the final transformed designs are transferred to you. I retain ownership of preliminary sketches and unused iterations.
  • Content Integrity: I use AI tools (such as ChatGPT or Grammarly) as technical assistants for formatting and grammar. However, as per
    CIM’s 2026 guidance, all narrative direction and core insights remain my original work.
  • Concept vs. Final Assets: AI is primarily utilised for conceptual development and marketing strategy. All final logos, brand marks, and core artwork are created manually to ensure they are unique and fully eligible for UK trademark and copyright protection.

Accepting Orders & Security

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
We will confirm acceptance via email with your order number — at which point a binding contract is formed.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion (e.g. incomplete information, suspected fraud).
If your order is declined, we’ll notify you promptly and offer an alternative solution where possible.

All order details — including shipping address, product selection, and design — are confirmed at checkout. Please review these carefully.
If you need to make changes, contact us within 24 hours. Once production begins, no changes or cancellations can be made.

To protect against fraudulent transactions, we may verify your information through secure checks. If necessary, we’ll contact you for further confirmation.

Order Processing

Orders enter production once full payment is received.
Processing times are calculated from the moment payment clears.
Our daily cut-off is 1pm GMT — orders placed or paid after this time will be processed the following working day.

Delivery

We ship worldwide directly from our London studio using tracked courier services.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Typical delivery times:

  • UK: 1–3 working days

  • Europe: 3–5 working days

  • USA / Canada: 3–5 working days

  • Rest of the World: 5–10 working days

All prices include VAT and standard delivery unless stated otherwise.

Please note: international deliveries may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Custom-Made Orders & Returns

Because every item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items.
If an item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations are only possible within 30 minutes of placing your order, before production begins.

Technical Specifications, Measurements & Custom File Scaling

  • Client Responsibility for Dimensions: For all custom panel, textile, and digital cut-size projects, the buyer is solely responsible for providing complete and accurate dimensions, measurements, or architectural project blueprints at checkout.
  • No Site Measurement Services: Elluse operates strictly as a remote digital design and file-preparation studio. We do not provide physical on-site wall inspections, measurement verification, or site-surveying services under any circumstances.
  • File Execution & Tolerances: All print files are engineered, scaled, and cut-to-size based entirely on the specific layout metrics provided by the buyer. Elluse holds zero liability or financial responsibility for installation misalignments, design truncations, or material shortfalls resulting from inaccurate data, incorrect sketches, or faulty site dimensions submitted during the order process.
  • No On-Site Fitting or Installation: We do not provide interior wallcovering fitting, paperhanging advice, textile sewing, or on-site manual decoration services. All final printed products are shipped directly to site, ready for immediate application by the buyer’s independently hired, certified trade contractors.
